Q: What is the Guest Amenities Fee?
A: Hotel Zephyr charges an additional fee of $25 per room night to offer guests a wide range of services and exclusive deals, including:

Q: How many rooms are in the hotel?
A: Hotel Zephyr has 361 rooms and suites.

Q: What are the check-in and check out-times?
A: Check in is 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Q: What size are the beds in the rooms?
A: All rooms have either one king size bed or two double beds.

Q: Does the hotel have connecting rooms?
A: We have 32 sets of connecting rooms (either double beds or one king bed per room)

Q: Does the hotel have smoking rooms?     
A: No, smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms or public spaces.

Q: Do any rooms have hot tubs or Jacuzzis in them?
A: No

Q: Are the rooms air conditioned?
A: Yes, all the rooms are air conditioned.

Q: Do the rooms have tea/coffee makers?
A: Yes all rooms have a Keurig coffee maker.

Q: Do the rooms have irons and ironing boards in them?
A: Yes.

Q: Does the hotel have parking?
A: Yes, the hotel has a parking structure on-site as well as valet service. Parking charges per day apply with in and out access.

Q: What is the charge for overnight parking?
A: For guests, overnight self parking is $58 +tax; hourly self-park runs $5 per 30 minutes with a max rate of $65 per day +tax.

Q: What is the charge for valet parking?
A:The charge for overnight guest valet is $62 +tax. Overnight guest valet with late checkout adds $10 +tax (applied after 3pm*). Hourly valet service is available at $15 per hour with a max rate of $60 per day +tax.

Q: Does the hotel have parking for vans or RVs?
A: We do not have parking for RVs. Vans are permitted and must be sure to use only a single space to accommodate all guests.

Q: Does the hotel have ADA compliant rooms?
A: Yes, rooms are suitable for guests who use wheelchairs and the rooms can be equipped for those with visual and hearing impairments.

Q: Do any rooms have roll-in showers?
A: Yes

Q: Does the hotel offer dry cleaning?
A: Yes, laundry is sent out daily and returned the same day.

Q: What kind of view does a bay view room provide?
A: These rooms provide a full view of the bay, Alcatraz and Pier 39.

Q: Do any rooms have balconies?
A: Some rooms have balconies.  If you’d like a room with a balcony, request it on your reservation and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Does the hotel have a gym?
A: Yes, there is an exercise room with free weights and cardio equipment.

Q: Is there a place to store luggage?
A: Yes, luggage can be checked at reception while you are waiting for your room or after check out.

Q: Are there safes in the rooms?
A: Yes, each room has a safe large enough for a standard size laptop and small valuables.

Q: Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
A: There is not a restaurant in the hotel, but there are many restaurants in the Fisherman’s Wharf area, all are within walking distance and many more a short Uber ride away.

Q: How can I pay for a room with a third-party credit card?
A: Third-party payments must be received seven days prior to arrival to allow time for processing. Third-party payments are not accepted for same day reservations.
